“We met Dr. Brueckner when our very healthy Tibetan terrier Lady started throwing up. She told us her labs showed pancreatitis and arranged follow up to see if there was resolution and improvement. Unfortunately there was not and the week Covid shut everything down Lady quickly worsened and had findings on ultrasound of an abdominal cancer.

Dr. Brueckner was so professional, kind and sensitive to a completely awful situation. She walked us through making a very hard decision and came to our home to help us say goodbye to Lady. I’m so grateful to her for guiding us that day.

She has also taken care of our rescue dogs and treated a very difficult case of abscess from a grass seed in our girl Revie’s neck. So many vets would have told us to give up but she did not. She found the grass seed at time of surgery and Revie got better.

She has taken great care of several of my beloved pets. Two of which have sadly passed now of old age, I contribute part of their long life to the care provided by Dr. Brueckner. Always taking time to make sure you fully understand any findings during the appointment or future surgeries.

I have extreme anxiety in general so when my fur babies are ill or injured I become very emotional, you will never feel judgement or rushed, but met with a kind word or gesture that settles your nerves to make the next decision. Most animals I think get anxiety about going to the vet's office, my dog always hated the mats on the exam table, Dr. Brueckner was the only one to meet him at his comfort level on the floor for most things when safety did not call otherwise. It is these small acts that sets her high above other vets I've been to or heard of.”
